21 meals

These meals were designed to follow the dietary guidelines of the American Heart Association. Each meal contains no more than 590mg sodium and no more than 5 grams of saturated fat. As with all Performance Kitchen® meals, these emphasize whole food ingredients such as lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, while strictly limiting added sugar and unnecessary processed ingredients.
