Shipping Policy:

Performance Kitchen ships to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam), or international destinations.

Delivery Times:

Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before receiving your tracking information via email.

Some zip codes may not qualify for weekend delivery.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Wednesday may be fulfilled the following Monday, depending on shipping zones.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Shipping Rates:

Orders of $160 or more qualify for FREE shipping.

Orders under $160 are subject to a $25 shipping fee.

1–2 Day Delivery is available in Washington, Oregon, and California via courier (Monday–Friday shipping).

Returns Policy:

All online sales are final. However, in certain cases, a store credit or refund may be available if the order has not yet shipped.
